Educate public schools on how to work with deaf students and offer appropriate programs and services.

Led operations and safety functions for school for Deaf with 5 sites, 370+ children, and 250 total staff members, directly supervising 10 reports and controlling $30M annual budget. Acted as face of school, interacting with faculty and staff, administrator, legislators, donors, and parents. *Achieved 100% placement for graduating seniors year after year. Coordinated with Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and hiring internal coordinator to guide team of 3-4 in understanding student interests and goals, provide on-the-job experiences within the community, and provide ACT prep. Assisted each student in finding unique life paths. *Partnered with National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) and Alabama School for the Deaf to establish robotics, coding, drone programs, supported 10 students in completing program annually, resulting in many competitions, several awards, and 2 students majoring in Robotics Engineering at Rochester Insitute of Technology.

Oversaw 100 employees tasked with managing 22 cottages and 160 residential students. *Spearheaded coordination and launch of summer camps for 9 years for Deaf and Hard of Hearing middle and high school students in state of Tennessee to allow socialization and fun summer activities. *Achieved many successes, including renovating gym to create hangout area with snack shop and game room, and establishing "thirteenth year" program to help students reach employment or college goals. Helped initial 13th class with 8 students to meet after-graduation targets.

Instructed Deaf Education Teacher interns at College of Education at the University of TN, educating 15 - 20 students per semester on conducting research, methods, hypothesis, data collection, and results for end-of-program capstone. Achieved 99% of students passing course and graduating program.
