Promoted to assistant engineer and got a desk job. Later transferred to Siliguri at Indo-Bangladesh border roads. Big construction project at boarder sensing roads.At the time of retirement I was posted at President estate division and looked after the maintenance of prestigious buildings under this division.

I was appointed as a Jr Engineer in CPWD in January 1963. Before joining CPWD I was appointed as lecturer in Digambar Jain Polytechnique, Baraut, UP. On joining I was assigned the prestigious job of construction of dome type food grain godowns at Narayana Delhi. This has been the biggest storage godowns of food grain in India. All types of ancillary work tanks, roads etc.Later posted in Faridabad in Central Division Construction of Kendriya Vidyalaya and swimming pool including maintenance work of Govt of India Printing Press, Photo Litho Press and govt. quarters.Joined Delhi administration to work for maintenance of Dariyaganj police station where mahatma gandhi was kept in this jail and various school and prestigious buildings and residential places of judges, Ansari road Delhi.
