I, Subhash Kumar, having completed my Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Spl. Enzymology, Industrial Microbiology, and Biotechnology) from the Department of Biotechnology, CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology, Palampur, Himachal Pradesh.Currently, I am working as a Postdoctoral researcher at Yeungnam University, South Korea, and working on food safety and microbiology aspects.During my research tenure, with more than seven years of research experience, I have been involved in various research programs on Microbial enzymes such as L-asparaginase, β-1,4 endoglucanase, lignocellulosic enzymes, Amidases, co-production of Bioplastic (PHB), Biofilm formation, and pigments from high-altitude bacterial isolates.
