As a senior consultant and HOD orthopaedics at Tata Motors, I have been managing the department workflow and DNB teaching schedules for over 16 years, leading a team of three orthopaedic surgeons and three DNB residents. I am also the head of the spine unit and the hospital safety unit, and the leader of the hospital procedures and manuals committee.I have a strong clinical background in orthopedic and spine surgery, with extensive experience in managing trauma and spine cases, as well as a dual degree in hospital and health care management and medico-legal systems. I am trained in handling crisis situations as a project manager of the disaster management cell of the Tata Group. I am passionate about enhancing my skills as a clinician and a senior level manager, and contributing to the quality and safety of health care services.
