Developed following products in R&D:Ice cream fats, Ice cream Coating fats, Coco Butter substitute, Cocoa butter Expenders, PMF, creaming margarine, Table margarine slabs, Puff pastry margarine, Cake margarine , Table spreads, Peanut butter, Non dairy topping, Inter-esterified fats, Trans fatty acid free vanaspati & Low trans bakery shortenings.Formulation developed for shortening used in Sweet patties.Developed following processes in R&DPhysical refining of RBO & Corn oil, Colour reduction of physically refined palm oil, Colour reduction of refined CSO & GNO, Maximization of RBO in Vanaspati manufacture, Colour reduction in RBO hydrogenation, purification of RBO wax, Enzymatic degumming of oils, reduction of Trans fatty acids during hydrogenation., Enzymatic degumming of RBO. Developed a process for reducing neutralization loss of RBO processing. Developed a process for colour reduction in CSO refining during off season. Developed a process for CSO refining for refined oil in Winter season so that the oil remains clear without CS stearin separation. This process has been implemented at Plant level. Developed a process for elimination of water washing after neutralization . Developed a process for colour reduction of RBO during hydrogenation. Developed process for refining of high FFA Rice bran oil. Developed a process for Sunflower oil precessing for refined oil without dewaxing so that oil remains clear without wax separation especially in winter season. Implementation of R&D projects at Plant level Trouble shooting. Responsible for formulating standards for chemicals , oil Loss & Utility for vanaspati & Refined oil production.
