MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESExecution of implementation, coordination, development, expansion, monitoring and evaluation of current and prospective work, Training of students & project guidance. The duties includes staff management, organizational development, developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, community building and training, compiling various program, financial, and donor reports, and managing the project funds in accordance with the organization’s procedures Networking with National, International organisation and corporate sector such as- Mewat Development Agency, Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana, National Authority of Legal services, National Commission for Women, United Nations-ECOSOC, Embassy of Netherlands, Clean Mission Australia, World Vision -India, TCS Foundation, Sunil Health care, Black Rock India etc.Conceptualizing & developing new project proposals on: - Livelihood creation for unprivileged and displaced women, Training & research, Environment protection & Waste Management, Community Health & Sanitation Management , Awareness and Women Empowerment among Rural and Slum women, Water & Sanitation, child education , Women health, Build Rural villages for sustainable solutions through educational challenges, School Sanitation and Hygiene Education, Capacity buildingetc.

As Associate member volunteering services in water, sanitation, and women empowerment sector.

Expertise in organisational framework, fund raising, corporate social responsibility, networking with corporate sector, national and international organisations, such as- UN-HABITAT, UNICEF, WHO, International Labour Organisation, Japan Bank of International Cooperation, PHED Haryana, HUDA, Haryana, Ministry of women and Child, municipalities and Local Bodies,Implementation of water and sanitation projects, women empowerment, capacity building, livelihood promotion for marginalised community.Monitoring and Evaluation
