I worked as a Customer Relationship Officer at Airtel from 2010 to 2011. My role included handling corporate customers and providing proactive resolutions to their concerns both over an email and over a call.Later, I worked as Market Research Analyst for the American-based Market Research Organisation 'AC Nielsen' outsourced under Tata Consultancy Services from 2011 to 2013. During this tenure, I single-handedly handled one of the biggest US clients 'Coca Cola'.During 2020-2023, I worked as a guest lecturer for postgraduate students at Karnatak University, Karwar, and as a full-time IT Recruitment manager at 7hillsTS, Bengaluru.My role as a guest lecturer at Karnatak University included engaging in theory classes, conducting practical and coordinating field visits for post-graduate students of the Department of Studies in Marine Biology.My responsibilities as a guest faculty in Karnatak University include:• Planning and preparing PowerPoint presentations for engaging classes for M.Sc. students of the Marine Biology department.• Conducting practical classes and field visits for M.Sc. students.• Addressing students - their queries and concerns.• Preparing question papers for M.Sc. entrance examination, Semester examinations and Ph.D. entrance examinations.• Guiding master students during their final year research projects.• Assisting/guiding Ph.D. scholars during their research tenure.• Preparing annual reports for government-aided projects associated with Karnatak University PG Centre, Karwar.• Hosting and explaining the preserved specimens in the university museum to the students visiting from other universities/colleges as a part of their educational visit/trip.• Participating in sampling and analysis of coastal marine water, estuarine water and sediments as a part of ‘Environmental Impact Assessment’ outsourced to our department by industries nearby.My current position as a PGT biology teacher includes teaching biology to higher secondary students at Gateway International School, Chennai.
