I have 16 years of experience in teaching and 6 Years of experience in research. I received Bachelor of Engineering from Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, Bengaluru and M.Tech from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru. I completed Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering Sciences from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi in March 2021. My research area of interest includes Renewable Energy, Biofuels, Fuel additives and Optimization Techniques.I have published around 20 papers in International Journals and Conferences (12 papers in Scopus Indexed Journals). I have filed and published 8 IPRs out of which 7 are granted. One of the patent related to my PhD thesis titled “Apparatus and Method for Producing Biodiesel Fuel” (Application No: 202041033065) is Granted. I have received grant KSCST, KSBDB and other agencies. Taken the lead of setting up Biofuel Research and Development unit at Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering. I have obtained 3 best paper awards at various National / International conferences. I have reviewed articles for various reputed journals like Advances in Materials and Processing Technologies (Taylor and Francis), Materials Today: Proceedings (Elsevier), International Journal on Interactive Design and Manufacturing (Springer), Journal of Energy Research and Reviews and Chemical Science International Journal. The projects guided by me have been recognized by various agencies/bodies. One of the project guided by him received the prestigious “Chatra Vishwakarma Award-2019” for the innovative idea under the theme “Waste Management’’ organized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India.Currently I am working as Professor and HoD in Mechanical Engineering and Controller of Examinations at Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, Bengaluru.
