Served as Dean (R&D) and Dean (Engineering) for two years at Vishwakarma Skill University. Worked on policy documents, Ph.D. regulations, research policy, documents related to Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and curriculum design aligned with NSQF levels. Initiated pilot project on RPL for higher education for employees of JBM. State of the art CNC machines lab, welding lab, solar lab, advanced electrical lab have been developed during my tenure as Dean (Engineering). Experienced in operation and maintenance of high pressure steam boilers, turbines, sugar mills, pumps. Chaired Board of Studies of UPES Dehradun and Uttarakhand Technical University and Shri Vishwakarma Skill University.
