I believe in our innate potential to achieve optimal health. Chiropractic care better enables our unique powers to heal both body and mind from the inside out, while simultaneously minimizing everyday stresses and preventing disease.My focus over the last 25 years has been on empowering others to live their best lives through chiropractic care. I have had the fortune to do so as an associate doctor in Australia, in my own community business, Sunnybrook Chiropractic, and as a health consultant at Bellwood Health Services. I have been privileged to serve 3 generations of patients. With the Covid 19 pandemic temporarily keeping me from my practice, I took the opportunity to further my training as a military medic to also become a civilian paramedic. This was pivotal for me as I witnessed first hand, through both Peel Regional Paramedic Services and Toronto Paramedic Service, the demand for first responders in the GTA. As such, I am dedicating my next chapter to pre-hospital and emergency care in my community with Toronto Paramedic Services. I continue to serve as a Med Tech in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve with 25 (Toronto) Field Ambulance. I volunteer at Epilepsy Toronto and Global Medic—each worthy of their own mission. Above all, I am the proud mother of two young men who inspire me to continually learn and grow with joy and gratitude.
