Achieved 50% increase in annual sales growth for Aftermarket Services through effective resource management involving 6 regional service centers.★ Introduced solutions to fix warranty cost-related problems; implemented KPIs to monitor performance, revamped the warranty process, and instituted NCRs and CARs.
