The portfolio includes innovative brands like Prolia (the world's first denosumab/RANKL inhibitor from Amgen), Durolane (an IAHA injection with patented NASHA technology from Bioventus LLC), as well as biosimilars such as Reditux-RA (the world's first Retuximab biosimilar) and Adalimumab.

Played a pivotal role to launch & establish a new business for the organization. being 1st employee for the business unit, worked on Business plan-Resourcing-P&L- Distribution- Marketing operation & Sales. Immense learning of start-up. Launched Prolia in India- World's 1st & only Fully Human Monoclonal Antibody -RANK ligand inhibitor (Denosumab) with the formation of a new team.Prolia is an Innovator brand from Amgen, global sales ~US$2bn. Innovative biologic drug for the treatment of postmenopausal women with Osteoporosis and at high risk of getting a fracture. This is the 1st monoclonal antibody for Osteoporosis management.Dr. Reddy's-Amgen strategic alliance in India helped to bring this innovative medicine to Indian patients.Post-launch with robust strategic plan and therapy shaping initiatives successfully put the brand/ molecule on a high growth trajectory. A small task force took shape of a division with 3 mAbs within 3 years of launch.

During my tenure, I successfully managed the Osteoporosis portfolio valued at 54Cr (US$7.6mn), as well as the Pain Management and Anti-Gout segments. I oversaw several brands that achieved the number one rank in their respective categories, including Osteofos (Alendronate), Risofos (Risedronate), Calcinase (Calcitonin), and Rokfos (Zoledronic). In just four years, the portfolio grew from US$2.8mn to US$7.6mn.One of my recent launches, Zotide (biosimilar of teriparatide), was featured in AIOCD AWACS best new launches in May 2015. Zotide was nominated for AIOCD AWACS brand of the year in 2016 in the sub-chronic category and ranked fourth. Within just ten months, Zotide gained a 15% market share with a brand value of 10 Cr (US$1.4mn) according to IMS data. In 18 months, Zotide became a brand worth 15 Cr (IMS)-US$2.1mn, making it one of the fastest-growing brands in Cipla and one of the most successful brand launches in Cipla in the last five years.In addition to managing a strong KOL (Key Opinion Leader) network throughout India, I was also responsible for developing strategies and initiating scientific programs for the overall Cipla Ortho Portfolio.

As a Brand Manager at Cipla, I oversaw the Bone portfolio, which included therapies for Osteoporosis, Pain Management, PMO, Neutraceuticals, Antibiotics, and ENT. The portfolio was valued at 18 Cr and included six brands.My responsibilities included life cycle management of the segment, including therapy shaping initiatives to drive the portfolio towards high growth trajectories. This involved conducting market research, analyzing competitor data, and developing marketing strategies for the portfolio. I successfully launched four products during my tenure.Additionally, I led therapy shaping activities that focused on digital initiatives to enhance the portfolio's performance.
