• Direct market research to identify key operators and sign off strategies to promote Abu Dhabi’s private school education offerings and attract key operators into the Emirate• Establish relationships with international key school operators to market and promote Abu Dhabi’s private school education• Oversee and direct logistical support requirements of school operators setting up school in the Emirate, ensuring smooth institution and compliance with policies, procedures and standards as well as other federal and state laws, rules and regulations• Review, approve and sign off marketing and promotional strategy• Manage relations with Global Partnership Team to ensure that Abu Dhabi private education is championed on a global stage• Perform any other duties as requested.

Roles & Responsibilities: Monitor, track, facilitate and support all programs and projects under the initiatives of Al Ain Municipality strategic plan. Develop the project planning function for all projects managers including formulation of projects plans/roadmaps, identifying required resources and sources.Receive and review project proposals in coordination with the PMO Director / concerned Executive Directors and gain the PMO Director's approval on the most feasible proposal.Assist in coordination with different parties such as external stakeholders, internal project team members to review progress of ongoing Municipal development projects, ensure information requirements are addressed, share knowledge and learning from project experiences, ensure that the projects are carried out in a timely and efficient manner, ensure compliance with management and quality standards and report progress to the PMO Director.Plan projects for all Al Ain Municipality development initiatives and assess project risks and suggest measures to mitigate them while escalating major issues / concerns to the PMO Director.Analyze and prepare written reports on project progress and performance;Develop, prepare, update implement project policies, procedures and guidelines, and ensure compliance by all relevant personal.

• Initiate, plan, coordinate and control all Maintenance and Contractor activities.• Enforce the implementation of Gasco Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS).• Plan, implement and ensure preventive, major and extraordinary maintenance programs are carried out in an efficient cost effective manner.• To carry out employee Performance Appraisals for direct report subordinates.• Ensuring effective utilization of the Maximo system in managing Maintenance and Breakdown activities.• To compile/provide input for preparation of division /department Capital, Operation and 5 years plan budgets, and monitor/control expenditure.• Develop, prepare, update implement maintenance policies, procedures and guidelines, and ensure compliance by all relevant personal.• Ensure development & implementation of Competency Based Training & Development programs among UAE nationals.• Following –up the all projects which execute from initiation and handover
