My academic and professional background and strong passion for assisting individuals and organizations by allowing them to see their potential for growth, have driven me to obtain graduate degrees in fields that focus on growth and change in different settings from an interdisciplinary perspective. Specifically, I am interested in applying the theories and research in human development to evaluating and promoting the improvement of sustainable development programs and the growth of individuals. In addition, I am skilled in PD, Program Evaluation, as I have a Master's and PhD degrees in the field of Human Development from the University of Rochester, and a Master's in Organizational Development and Leadership from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Furthermore, I am certified in Higher Education Teaching and Leadership, Program Evaluation, and Digital Education and Learning. The highlighted qualifications and experiences have allowed me to serve as a consultant for several different types of organizations.
