Biopatrika is a volunteer-run science community focused on connecting various aspects of Science to society. It delivers interviews, articles, news, infographics, career stories, interviews for knowledge mobilization and updates on job openings. My Role:• Interacting and interviewing eminent scientists, professors, and industry stakeholders across different countries sharing their scientific expertise, experiences & knowledge on public platforms.• Developing ways to bridge the gap between scientific community and general public by connecting the impactful science done at renowned institutes with the rest of the world• Inculcating entrepreneurial spirit in the researcher fraternity across world. • Direct communication with startup founders and co-founders regarding their journey, challenges, and future opportunities• Covering scientific events (science courses, webinars, conferences, meetings) supporting events to bring the best science education by adding perspectives that scientists and technology developers think are important.

•Collaborated with multiple stakeholders, scientists and doctors for multi-disciplinary execution of various government schemes for scientific welfare.•Overseeing technical, scientific, and financial progress of various programs that involves data collection, reviewing, data presentations, designing & drafting projects, and operating online records management programs.•Managed qualitative and quantitative data across 28 States of India, compiling more than 10 reports monthly to assist in improving study protocol.•Hosted and organized several online and in person technical events and meetings for multisite collaborations.•Involved in recruiting 10 team members and researchers with exceptional aptitude & skill levels.•Responsible for mentoring 4+ Veterinarian doctors and 3+ employees from corporate sector in Scientific Project Management which doubled the department's efficiency.•Identified potential risks with govt. policies, reviewing contracts and helping to prepare legal submissions.

My project was focused on the " Invention of novel Molecular therapeutics and clinical diagnostics for Human Osteoporotic Patients (post-menopausal women and secondary osteoporotic patients)". Skills and Expertise: •Identified and characterized molecular targets or candidate leads in response to drug stimuli using next generation techniques or their utility as an indicator, for diagnosis/prognosis in human pathologies (Osteoporosis and SARS-CoV2). •Experience pertinent to mechanistic delineation of human disease pathogenesis and pathway regulation with proficiency in designing & performing research in target discovery in animals and human models.•Skilled in microRNA based macromolecular bio-drugs computational detection and on bench development for theranostic interventions. •Introduced & executed new computational homology-based pipeline for discovery of novel therapeutic targets in the disease pathogenesis (SARSCoV2). •Adept in a combination of molecular/cell biology and biochemistry techniques including RNA /DNA isolation & expression analysis, mRNA/miRNA/siRNA delivery to cellular systems, mammalian cell cultures, Dual luciferase reporter assay, Western Blot, antibody staining, Immunofluorescence, ELISA, HPLC, LC-MS/MS, biochemical assays, miRNAomics, genomics & computational tools.•I have comprehensive training in “RNA sequencing run” and “genomics” data predictive analysis, through computational algorithm.
