Interfaced and worked with two Boeing and one NASA program executives, Developed risk mitigation, workaround and schedule recovery plans. Manage technical, cost, and schedule performance for a $15 million program and oversaw all manufacturing, quality, testing, delivery, and project management operations and activities for the production of the PAC-3 classified Seeker Circuit Cards. Managed an Integrated Product Team (IPT) consisting of 20 team members, directed all project planning and execution phases, interfaced and worked with two program executives. Project Cost Account Manager achieved a cost savings of $1.5 million. Analyzed, prepared and approved financial data, reports, and business proposals.

The Boeing Company - Strategic Manufacturing Center, El Paso, Texas. Managed ten direct reports, 205 technicians, 30 work centers, and a three-shift operation. Responsible for the production, testing, and delivery of circuit cards and subassemblies for 30 programs to include, C17, F22, F15, AV8B aircraft and International Space Station LRU's; met or exceeded all performance and cost goals, achieved 95% on-time delivery, 40% increase in productivity and a 60% reduction in defects. Conducted executive-level cost and program reviews, prepared and submitted progress and status reports, analyzed performance, and earned value trends and developed and implemented mitigation and recovery plans.

The Boeing Company - Huntsville, Alabama, International Space Station Flight Truss Programs. Managed a staff of 105 electro-mechanical technicians, six direct reports and five separate international space station test sites. Managed the final mechanical and electrical integration and assembly for the Starboard and Port Truss programs, directed all project phases and managed a core project staff of ten. Managed an array of space station flight test stands to support pressurized modules, flight rack, and hatch testing and met baseline testing schedule for 18 connective months. Developed project execution plans and project reports, prepared and conducted program and cost reviews and interfaced and worked with NASA and Boeing executive staff in three states. Space Station Rapid Prototype Shop comprised of avionics, sheet metal, welders, carpenters, machinists, and painters, fabricated 480 projects, 95% delivered ahead of schedule and 98% within budgetary requirements. Logistics Analyst, Material Fielding Manager for the Avenger Air Defense Weapon system and Project Manager for the electromechanical retrofits of fielded Avenger missile systems; saved 900 man-hours, $300 thousand and completed fielding four months ahead of schedule.
