Assisting clients with billing or ATM repair concerns when escalated to a supervisor level. Review and handle all issues within a 24 hour time frame and responding to all parties involved as well as reporting the issues to our upper management staff both in the US and Korea.Handled escalated calls and emails from Chase Bank regarding ATM machines that were not in service. Worked with UT-Arlington to create and implement a PR event with the primary objective to make community leaders of the city of Arlington more aware about the Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County organization.Assisted in developing the situation analysis for the campaign and conducting research to determine what methods would be best used to achieve our goal.Worked with my group to help create Meals on Wheels Day that will be celebrated in the city of Arlington on March 1st, 2013.Organized a kick-off mixer for Meals on Wheels Day that will occur on November 28th, 2012 and scheduled to have more than 100 people in attendance. Such tasks included booking the venue, scheduling guest speakers, and coordinating the day-of activities for the mixer.

Assisting with the development, creating, and implementing of campaign ideas and events to promote the American Heart Association. Also assisting with promoting the AHA's Facebook and Twitter accounts.
