This team effort increased transparency and motivation where the positive attitude could be transferred into production. • Leading a group of 16, including scientists, process engineers and assistants• Continuous development of the product portfolio and transfer into production floor• Building an R&D QA/RA Team to ensure high quality documentation (ISO9001/13485/GMP)• Management and monitoring of pharma, diagnostic customer and R&D projects • Direct reporting line to the CEO• Ensuring close collaboration between R&D and the global engineering department• Responsible for R&D alignment and automation solutions for global production floors• Ensuring close communication with customers and support of sales and marketing• Responsible for collaborative grant proposals; CNAT-M with 250,000 € funding for R&D
