HEXAL: Implementation of a new platform technology (MUPS tablets) at my first company HEXAL, including equipment purchasing from lab up to production scale´. Part of the due diligence team for the merger with Hemofarm/Serbia (~500 Mio.€), for the details please refer to the information published by STADA AG.I've built up a 2nd department at STADA, responsible for the Product Transfer between manufacturing sites inside and outside STADA. The team was built up from scratch. Task: defining processes, roles& responsibilities, set up of a proper budget planning, hiring personal and built up of a team. Time: 09/2008 - 10/2009. Status: AchievedAET: task was to improve processes and practices of AET's Hyderabad based development subsidiary. Key words here are: improvement of formulation strategies, implementation of modern methods, IVIVC and QbD.BASF: initiating and establishing Kolliphor P188 Special Grade (Poloxamer) for cell culture processes and pharmaceutical formulations thereof in collaboration with international operating Pharma companies. Initiating the collaboration between MAST Therapeutics and BASF SE (please refer to https://www.basf.com/etc/designs/basf/wcms/base/images/siteicons/apple-touch-icon-144x144-precomposed.png) in 05-2013. Specialties: wide-range hands on experience in formulation development of solids, semisolids, liquids and injectables. Broad experience in physical-chemical characterisation methods of APIs, namely XRD (diffraction and scattering methodes), DSC, TGA and laser light methods (diffraction and scattering). Formulation development of multiparticulate dosage form, especially pellets in tablets (MUPS).
