First and foremost, I am passionate about creative solution finding.This did not only make law my chosen path, but also drove me into new technologies and problem solving via innovative ideas and tech tools.I am a real estate, banking & finance and corporate lawyer with South Tyrolean background based in Vienna. Through my fascination for novel tech ideas I found myself more and more into LegalTech – not only as a user, but as an innovator and creator. For this reason I co-founded my start-up Realest8 Technologies in 2018 with an amazing and motivated team consisting of great minds in law, banking and IT. We created the 100% digital real estate transaction and executed the first one ever in Austria in 2020 – a proud and satisfying moment for me. We make real estate trading digital: faster, cheaper, more secure. Without any media discontinuity.I am also the author of many publications and lecturer thematizing especially my favorite areas of law: banking, real estate, legal tech and corporate law. As a member of the German Pfandbrief Banks’ Round Table security rights over real property I can dive deep into the dogmatic aspect of security law, an area of law, in which I wrote my dissertation. Aside from the strictly dogmatic approach to law, I love making new connections with people from all over, which is why I am a part of the IBA and also a devoted member of AIJA International Association of Young Lawyers, where I am also an Executive Committee Member and regularly act as speaker in conferences all over the world. My multilingual background has definitely helped me in this international environment with supporting clients, networking with colleagues and finding life-long friends.
