Dr. Tiffany Dotson is a Learning and Leadership Development scholar/practitioner with more than 28 years of experience growing individuals and leaders. Her current role is Vice President, Head of Enterprise Learning and Development at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she oversees the strategic direction for developing the pipeline of talent at all levels.Tiffany has mastery in executive and organizational coaching, designing high potential development experiences, adult learning, leadership development and the neuroscience of leadership. She is recognized for her remarkable ability to inspire excellence; creating progressive and stimulating leader solutions; building trust and rapport and quickly establishing credibility with other executives. Tiffany has both Doctorate and Masters degrees in Adult Learning and Organizational Leadership from Columbia University where she is also an adjunct professor of Executive Development.
