Job Profile: 1. Multi-disciplinary ward-rounds: A team comprising doctor, nursing staff, dietician and physiotherapist visits to the patients and educate them regarding their disease and resolve their queries, if any. 2. Inter-divisional Co-ordination: Coordination between the Medical, Nursing, Paramedical and other staff, including Food & Beverages, Bio-medical, House-keeping, Security, Billing etc. 3. Clinical care: (i) Clinical care of all in-patients is taken as and when required by involving concerned consultant doctors, nursing staff and other paramedical staffs. (ii) Special attention is given on Patients safety goals and Medication errors, if any.4. Grievance Redressal: Conflict between patient and their attendants and Hospital Staff is acknowledged and resolved immediately.5. Audit: An audit of all inpatient files is done, and deficiencies are rectified by the concerned staff before sending these files to the Medical Record Department. 6. Reports & Returns: Daily census of Admissions & Discharges, Death, Fall of patients and attendants and any unusual occurrences. 7. Various other duties assigned by the organization.

Supervise the functions of Bio-medical Waste management committee.5. Supervise the functionality of hospital equipments and its maintenance.6. Act as liaison officer between the governing body of the health organisation and health authorities.7. Take part in identifying problems and needs within the health service by attending staff meetings.8. Develop and implement new policies and procedures

1. Providing comprehensive health care to the dependent troops and their dependants.2. Supervising the functioning of OPD and emergency services.3. Overall supervision of the working of the hospital.4. Coordination and interaction with the various government departments and NGOs.5. Planning and Budget monitoring of the hospital.6. Exercise delegated financial and administrative power.7. Disciplinary Authority of employees.8. Interaction and assigning duties to all the concerned and Head of Clinical departments so as to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital.9. The repository of the information pertaining to the hospital.10. To institute an effective grievance redressal system both for the employees and the patients.11. To discharge legal responsibilities pertaining to the hospital.12. Any other assignment given by the organisation.
