Profile bio

About Dr. Todd W.

It’s fantastic to be retired. I hope you are doing well, and thanks for stopping by my page. It’s always good to expand one’s skill, experience, and certifications. I am grateful. I have a strong faith in reason and critical thinking, a burning passion for self-expression and undying faith in principles (which I fail to uphold at times - ugh). I read voraciously and listen to blogs constantly. I love music, humor, travel, and especially people, and I have a special fondness for lifelong inquiry. My goal as an educator was that my students become motivated and dedicated to each other, to the acquisition of knowledge and mastery of skills, and that they will transfer this persistence into all exploits and choices. In short, I hope that they mature into self aware, happy, healthy, interconnected, and prosperous citizens who enjoy and contribute consistently to their surrounding community. As a businessman, well...customer service is number one. My other working priorities include organization, product quality, capital preservation, growth, innovation, and profitable income streams.

This was a very successful ensemble. We played together 4 times a week for about ten years. Excellent musicians. Similar to Steeley Dan I suppose. Great musicians playing intense music geared for regular folks. We produced an excellent CD on FunPro Records entitled Dreamland, in 1999. It's worth a listen. Check out the live performance we filmed at Fedoras on the Plaza. Must have been 1999 or 2000. For information regarding my skills as a bandleader, contact Keith Mallory at keith.mallory@ottawa.edu
