Designed and launched the Animal Health campus of the University of Pfizer, a blended learning solution for all Animal Heath colleagues. Created a four-phased approach to sales training, which included product knowledge, selling techniques and presentations skills.

Initiated and managed the corporate assessment center; intended to identify the readiness levels of 500 potential organization leaders.
