In our portfolio companies ZONTAL, ACCURIDS, ShardOne and Chemantics, we are working on turning innovation barriers into digital innovations for the life sciences R&D, which create benefits for everyone involved. At those companies I am not just an investor, but also an sparring partner for the management. I also support OSTHUS GmbH in strategic topics... OSTHUS GmbH - specializing in life sciences R&D - was a big part of my entrepreneurial life. I started it, made it successful and have since sold it. In 2023, Bruker AG acquired the majority of ZONTAL with its FAIR Data Platform, that enables a digital lab landscape. I am now helping to build a manufacturer-independent software portfolio for the digitization of laboratories and manufacturing under the SciY brand, which enables the automation of processes and provides new insights and enhanced patient safety. I know start-up and management topics from start to exit, building international teams in the USA, Asia, India, Germany and working with investors and their regional differences. I quickly learned that there are only two prerequisites for success: "The will to learn" and "Clarity about the direction". If we add an environment of trust and responsibility, we cannot fail. 
I am convinced of that. I sincerely enjoy working with people who want to make a difference. My mission is now to help these people realize their potential.
