I have graduated from B.J. Medical College, Civil Hospital Ahmedabad which is one of the largest tertiary care hospitals in Asia. After obtaining my M.B.B.S. degree in 1999 he chose Dermatology as post graduation field. I joined NHL Municipal Medical College, V.S. Hospital group. In 2001 I obtained degree of Diploma in Venerology and Dermatology. And in 2002 I obtained degree of MD in Dermatology.After accomplished my Masters in Dermatology I started private clinic “Nihalani Skin Clinic” in 2002 at Siddhpur, Gujarat, India. After successful practice at Siddhpur I opened another clinic in Ahmedabad, the largest city of Gujarat State, India in 2007. Being curious to work with infectious disease I joined as Senior Medical Officer at ART Centre (Anti Retroviral Treatment Centre Under NACO) at Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. The ART Centre was recognized as Centre of Excellence in Care Support and Treatment of HIV during my leadership. It is also the Regional Training Institute for National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, India. I served there till 2012. My team did lots of research during this period. We presented various papers in national and international conferences. I was also awarded ICMR scholarship to present my work in AIDS 2010 conference at Vienna. During this period my Dermatology practice at Ahmedabad based clinic everyday continued and weekend practice at Siddhpur based clinic continued.Due to my very successful Dermatology private practice and lack of time I had to choose between infectious disease and Dermatology Practice. Being a Dermatologist I chose Dermatology and increased my clinic hours and expanded clinic as well and continued practice as Dermatologist till July 2013 when I joined prestigious Kaya Skin Care Clinic at Abu Dhabi, UAE.I worked with Kaya Skin Care Clinic till July 2015, Then I moved to Dubai to join Dubai London Clinic and Speciality Hospital. I joined here as Clinical Dermatologist. I Established the Aesthetic Dermatology in the clinic. I have also developed OPD in Clinical as well as Aesthetic Dermatology in other branches of the group as well.During this period in Dubai, I also received the Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Now I am Board certified Aesthetic Dermatologist from American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. I was third ranked in the board certification examinations.
