- Providing Outdoor & Indoor medical services- Ran medical outpatient clinics for non-communicable diseases as well as Endocrinology, Respiratory Medicine, and Nephrology- Providing special care to Diabetic patient including DKA, HONC, GDM, Diabetic Foot Ulcer, HTN- Daily ward rounds with senior physician which includes proper history discussion, precise examination of patients physical and mental status, resourceful ordering of investigations, careful analysis and interpretation of laboratory reports including imaging as well as concluding to an accurate diagnosis with competent management of patients.- Confident in performing core medical procedures such as catheter, NG tube, incision and drainage, debridement, and dressing of wound.- Immediate management of medical emergencies with timely referral to the tertiary hospitals when needed.- Monitoring clinical performance and finding ways to improve it both administratively and clinically
