I am Dr. Usha P.M., a dedicated and highly qualified professional with a PhD from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, along with an MCA, MBA in HR, and an M.Phil in Computer Science. I am proud to hold an Accredited Management Teacher certification from AIMA and have successfully cleared UGC NET in Management. Currently, I serve as the Assistant HOD and Professor in the Department of Business Management at St. Joseph’s College, Devagiri, where I leverage my extensive academic experience, including a previous role as Associate Professor at SNES Institute of Management Studies and Research. I have also functioned as Faculty Member for IT and HR in various other management institutes like IIPS and ICFAI. My areas of expertise include Information Technology, Human Resource Management, and Data Analytics, and I have a strong track record in teaching, research, publications, and paper presentations. I am also engaged in curriculum designing and guiding student projects. I am also involved in training students helping them reduce the distance from campus to corporate. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong analytical, managerial, and technical skills. I have worked as a programmer at Grasim Industries and have actively contributed to various training programs and workshops. My research work includes publishing articles on mobile advertising, web mining, and machine learning for employee attrition prediction. I have also presented papers at numerous national and international conferences and have participated in a variety of seminars and workshops, consistently showcasing my commitment to professional growth and development.
