Dr. V. Jayashree is the Director, Academics and Training of Deepthys Educational Services Private Ltd with over twenty one years of experience in the field of training, coaching and mentoring. Her expertise in curriculum development, content creation and systematic impart of customized training modules has led to empowering individuals, institutions and organizations to become self-actualized. She worked as an Assistant Professor in the MBA Department in Hindustan University and SRM University. She is also a Visiting and Guest faculty in many educational institutions. She has completed Ph.D, MBA and MHRM. She has also done Diplôme and DALF C1 in French.ACHIEVEMENTS Dr. V. Jayashree has developed training modules and facilitated workshops in Soft Skills, Effective English and French in leading Universities, Colleges, Corporates and MNCs. Some of the well-known institutions include Sathyabama University, SRM University, Hindustan University, Pondicherry University, Sairam Institute of Management, Tagore Engineering College, Nazareth College of Arts and Science, and KPR Business School to name a few. She was also a resource person for UGC sponsored Faculty Development Programs for various educational institutions. She has also conducted Soft Skill Training programs for executives and managers of the Automobile Industry, Banking Industry, TCS, Scientific Publishing Services, Neyveli Lignite Corporation and Medall Diagnostic Services.Dr. V. Jayashree has conducted Spoken French training programs for Executives in Airline and Software Companies. Imparting a customized approach of French training for individuals across industries, Dr. V. Jayashree has enabled them to enhance their employability and migrate to French speaking countries. Besides, she has trained different batches of students to take up French Exams for various levels conducted by Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. She has also conducted Soft-Skill training program in French, prescribed by Madras University, for UG Students at Nazareth College of Arts and Science and Madras School of Social Work; and for MBA students in Hindustan University and Amity University, Chennai.
