 Monitor and ensure compliance with JCI and NABH standards.  Computerization of hospital functions like EMR/EHR, PSS, and AMC of all equipments etc to keep hospital services up to quality standards. Interact with other project and specialty team to support the set-up, maintenance, and closure of the data management aspects of the project to ensure consistent, cohesive data handling and quality. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, Minimize waiting time and turnaround time (TAT) for processes, collecting and analyzing hospital indicator data. Prepare and collate periodical activity reports to monitor progress, and ensure that implementation plans are on-track.  Supervise the performance of the hospital and provide inputs for developing new strategies.
