Dr. Vikram Singh is highly motivated to pursue an Academic and Clinical Research career. Presently, Dr. Singh serves as an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medical Research at the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) https://acsir.res.in/ affiliation with MSMAIR, Max Healthcare. As Head of PhD Research Programs at MSMAIR-Max Healthcare, he leads key research and academic initiatives, actively contributing to AcSIR’s mission of advancing medical research and higher education. Formerly he worked as the Head of the Department (HOD) of Clinical Research / Medical Laboratory and Ph.D. Research Coordinator at Amity Medical School, Amity University Haryana, Gurugram (India). He has published more than 40 national and international papers indexed in Scopus/ UGC/ Web of science/ PubMed and written many books published at national and international platform. He is expertise in the subjects of Clinical Research, Pathology- Microbiology, Immunology, Preventive and Social Medicine, Laboratory Management, Intellectual Property Rights, Research Methodology, Epidemiology and Biostatistics. In the past, he worked as a Project Manager in a collaborative public health awareness program entitled “National Program for Prevention & Eradication of Heart Attack (NPPEHA). He also worked for many years in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi in the different Clinical Research Projects sponsored by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)- Project Entitled “Evaluation of molecular methods (PCR, Immunohistochemistry) against conventional methods and laparoscopy in the detection of genital tuberculosis in infertile women” and Role of oral vitamin D as an adjunct therapy in category 1 Pulmonary Tuberculosis along with the assessment of immunological parameter (Double-blind Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Clinical Trial). He is passionate about diagnosis, prevention, and clinical trial-related research with special reference to Clinical Microbiology, and Cardiovascular research along with administrative responsibilities. He is expertise and commitment necessary to carry out the proposed clinical and diagnostic research with a road background in DIAGNOSIS & EPIDEMIOLOGY OF DISEASES with Subspecialized Areas: Microbial Diseases of Respiratory Systems, Cardiovascular and Systemic Diseases Epidemiology, Recent Advances and Trends in Molecular and Point of Care Diagnostics, Integrative Approach for Diagnosis and Clinical Research of Emerging diseases, Clinical Pathology & Microbiology, Clinical Studies, and Public Health Research.
