As a Development Expert Specialist; with over fifteen years of experience in providing management leadership, routine analysis to monitor performance, system strengthening, identifying indicators to demonstrate project output, outcomes and impact, study research, data capture in qualitative and quantitative research methods for Agriculture, Livelihood, food security, farming as a business and business development programs in Zambia. Through field appraisal, project management, monitoring and evaluation, planning/capacity building, Survey and research, community mobilization, capacity building, Annual crop survey and nutrition project management, and monitoring and evaluation.
