• Lead in the developing and oversee the implementation of the programmes M&E system,• Manage the program’s overall M&E system and including integrating sub-grantees M&E inputs into the program’s reporting system,• Provide advice, training and technical assistance in M&E to the program staff and sub-grantees and the districts and provincial planning units,• Supervise the standardization of M&E tools for program monitoring, • Provide technical assistance in M&E data collection and use,• Lead on the production of progress narrative reports and all other required information to satisfy the Donors and CHEP requirements,• Ensure sub-grantee’s effective monitoring and evaluation of activities and evaluate results for continued improvement of program implementation,• Support the team and partners with the identification and documentation of key lessons, Build district capacity of M&E in line with GRZ plans e.g. National Development Plan/ Provincial Development Plan,• Support the development of Results Frameworks and provide in-put to Results Frameworks,• Ensure linkage of health and other projects across all program activities,• Ensure lessons learnt are well documented and shared,• Lead on selection of external consultants to undertake key M&E assignments, reviews, mid-term and final evaluations of the program,• Ensure coordination of the program M&E to overall CHEP M&E activities and systems.

Implemented the Food Security Project in Petauke, through community mapping, in order to determine potential water sources for the farmers to grow and irrigate crops during winter session for out Grower seed production. The project was very successful and the farmers adopted the technologies. Implemented Bee keeping and Honey production in World Vision. Carried out the Bee Keeping and Honey processing to determine the potential in community operational area and farmers were trained, their income had improved through additional income from honey sales. The training targeted HIV affected households. Facilitated training in Poultry Production and Management to Farmers. Carried out a comprehensive poultry management and production training among the small scale farmers who are affected by HIV in Petauke and provided farmers with chickens both layers and broilers to start the poultry project and the project was successful and empowered farmers through training skills in Crop diversification and pass on gift. The farmers were empowered with pass on goat gift to individual farmers at the same time trained in crop diversification. Further responsible for financial process and retire all finance. I coordinated and managed community led development initiatives relating to formation and mobilization of savings groups, related to prevention and treatment of TB/ HIV/AIDS in the communitiesI identified and created useful linkages and network particularly those relating to policy and advocacy for community led approaches to development and health challenges.I conducted feasibility study for the construction sites, assessed the upfront materials, Mobilized of the communities and supervised construction projects for class room blocks, prepared bidding documents, and procured building material according with the bill of quantity.
