Vinod Kumar Yadav received the B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Jabalpur Engineering College, Jabalpur, India, in 2015, the M.Tech. degree in Power Electronics and Drives from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, Orissa, India, in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India, in 2023. He is currently working as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Sustainable Energy Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. He worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Government Engineering College Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. He also worked as a Research Associate at Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India, and Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India. At Government Engineering College Bikaner, Rajasthan, India, he has worked as Equity Action Plan (EAP) Coordinator, Grievances Redressal Officer, SWAYAM & SWAYAM PRABHA Classes Coordinator, Faculty mentor for DST and Texas Instruments in India Innovation Challenge Design Contest 2019, Institute Internship Coordinator, SPOC of ECB for Smart India Hackathon for 2019 &2 020, IIC Innovation Ambassador for Engineering College Bikaner, GATE Training Classes Coordinator & Employability Skills Coordinator. He has published 33 international publications(Journal and Conferences). He has organized 12 FDP/STC/webinars in ECB. & delivered 6 experts talk. He is the recipient of Best poster award at 3rd International Conference on “Sustainable Energy and Future Electric Transportation” (SEFET-2023) and best paper award in the 9th IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section International Conference on Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering, 2022 (UPCON-20220,Best Paper Award in international Conference on Emerging Trends in Microelectronics, Communication and Intelligent Systems at School of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, MIT Academy of Engineering, Alandi, Pune, and Best Paper Award in the 5th Electric Power and Renewable Energy Conference (EPREC-2024) NIT Jamshedpur, India. His research interests include AC-DC PFC converters, LED driver circuits, high-gain boost converters, EV chargers, Hydrogen fuel technology, and soft switching.
