Wes Hartley has served in church ministry for over 30 years. He is relentless about building a team of volunteers who can serve in their areas of passion, with repeatable excellence, without getting burned out in the process. His book, Systematic Creativity, is available on Amazon.
Wes has a Ph.D. in Communication and teaches Church Media and Digital Media at Dallas Baptist University. He enjoys researching complex team communication, the effects and effectiveness of online group experiences, and pilot communication in the cockpit.
Wes loves mission work and has served in Ghana, West Africa, frequently. He is also a multi-engine, instrument-rated private pilot with over 2000 hours of flight experience.Wes is currently an Instructional Mentor & Adjunct Professor in the Ph.D. program at Liberty University and an Adjunct Professor at Dallas Baptist University.
