I am the Chief Operations Officer at LEEDS Security Service, a Sky investment subsidiary that provides integrated security solutions to various sectors in Egypt. I have over 11 years of experience in leading operational risk, QHSSE, and business development functions at G4S Egypt, an Allied Universal company, where I was the Director of Operations for the MSS and FMS divisions.With a PhD in risk management linked to business profitability from Cairo University, and a master's degree in total quality management from AASTMT, I have a strong academic background and a passion for applying statistical quality control and quality assurance techniques to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. I also have a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from MTC, and a proven track record of delivering excellence in training, maintenance, and repair in the engineering and security domains. Some of my achievements include receiving a reward for 3 million hours free injury, an appreciation certificate from the Egyptian Air Force, and multiple honors from G4S. My mission is to leverage my expertise and skills to enhance the security and facility management services offered by LEEDS Security Service, and to contribute to its growth and transformation.
