Currently serving as Head of Business and as an Associate Professor in Leadership and Management at the University of Suffolk, I excel in designing and validating academic programs, managing partnerships with commercial partners, and leading initiatives like the University of Suffolk Leadership Academy.My academic journey has equipped me with strong project management, strategic planning, and mentorship skills, essential for guiding teams and developing impactful research insights.
