Currently serving as Head of Business and as an Associate Professor in Leadership and Management at the University of Suffolk, I excel in designing and validating academic programs, managing partnerships with commercial partners, and leading initiatives like the University of Suffolk Leadership Academy.My academic journey has equipped me with strong project management, strategic planning, and mentorship skills, essential for guiding teams and developing impactful research insights. I have successfully translated these skills into consultancy roles, collaborating with commercial clients to design bespoke training programs aligned with industry needs and to deliver research studies that inform strategy and lobbying effort. I have also managed relationships with diverse stakeholders, including the Sizewell C project, demonstrating my ability to navigate complex environments and deliver tailored solutions.I am passionate about leveraging my PhD in Philosophy, my Senior Fellow status with the Higher Education Academy and my status as a Recognised Research Supervisor to drive innovation and excellence inside and outside academia.
