I possess both Technical B.E (in three disciplines Metallurgy, Chemical, and Industrial Engg) and Managerial qualifications, PGDPM with a Ph.D. from Andhra University. Obtained Gold medal from VRCE, Nagpur University in 1971 in Metallurgical engineering. A Fellow of ISTD. Completed 13 (thirteen) 4 to 8 weeks Coursera certificate courses from reputed universities across the globe during the Pandemic times.Worked in GOI Steel plants of SAIL (a Maharatna) and RINL/ Vizag Steel, (a Navaratna) CPSU for more than 35 years before superannuating as its Director (HR) and Board Member (President of India appointee). I Worked on the manpower planning and training of the following:• Manpower planning during the stabilization phase of the Rourkela Steel Plant.• Manpower planning during the initial DPR phase of the Vizag Steel Plant (VSP) 3 mT stage.• Manpower planning during the CRDPR and Rationalised DPR stages of VSP.• Manpower planning during the expansion of VSP to 6.3mT Stage.• Manpower Planning Coaching and Mentoring at M/S MPL group of Industries at Hyderabad.Served as National President of ISTD, (2009-10) (A National, Professional body for the furtherance of Training and Development across the country) in New Delhi and Executive member of IFTDO (International Federation of Training and Development Organizations), Geneva for two terms. Also conferred with the Fellowship of ISTD which has 10,000 members and 40 chapters pan India.Presented more than 40 Research papers at national and international fora. Authored 3 Books and guided several scholars for M.Phil and Ph.D. I was a Life member of ISTD, NIPM, NHRD-NW, YHAI, YMCA, QCFI, etc. Presided over as National President of ISTD.Associated with Chinmaya Mission for more than 30 years and currently rendering service as a Trustee of Chinmaya Seva Trust, TS & AP. Specially trained as an assessor for ISO systems, TQM, Six Sigma, and CII-EXIM Bank Business. Recently floated a consultancy agency TRIGUNA and offering a number of management consultancy works.Designed, developed, and conducted a number of MDPs, and engaged sessions for a million man-days on key themes.
