With over 10 years of work experience in education and management, I am an innovative educator and leader with multicultural experience. As the Managing Director at West Indies Tutors, I oversee the operations and strategy of a leading online tutoring platform that provides personalized and affordable learning solutions to students across the Caribbean. Previously, I was a Teacher at Synthesis, an online enrichment program that teaches complex problem-solving skills to children through games. There, I designed and facilitated interactive and collaborative sessions that challenged and inspired students to think creatively and critically. Before that, I was an ESL Teacher at ALTIA CENTRAL, a company that provides language education services to schools and businesses in Japan. I taught English to various age groups and levels, using innovative methods and materials to enhance student motivation and performance. I also assisted the Project Manager at Kingston Properties REIT, a real estate investment trust that manages commercial and residential properties in Jamaica and the Caribbean. I supported the planning and execution of multiple projects, such as renovations, acquisitions, and leasing.
