Responsible for research and development, innovation, automation, equipment availability and sustainability.

Responsible for pre-commissioning works of a greenfield project (Alumina Refinery plant). Assigned as a Day Crew Production Supervisor of Precipitation Section.

Responsible for organizing of all necessary resources (human, raw material, consumables, etc.) in securing stable and timely production of tungsten products under consideration of raw material and with respect to requested quantities, qualities and costs.

Responsible for the metallurgical extraction of silver, gold and selenium from decopperized anode slimes for the production of dore ingots and selenium powder according to customer specifications. Supervises personnel involved in the processes according to produciton/operation plans and parameters.

Responsible for planning, preparation and coordination of cathodes shipment, either for containerized or break-bulk cargo.

Responsible for controlling and ensuring that all cast iron and steel products of the foundry are within quality standards and specifications based on customer requirements by conducting inspections and tests on finished goods according to well-defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and metallurgical analysis/measurement and providing information for control of quality finished products.
