I am also experienced in drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications before the Indian Patent Office.With my PhD training as a synthetic organic chemist, I have learned a unique perspective on the patenting process, allowing me to identify potential patentable inventions at the earliest stages of development. I have worked with diverse technology areas and interacted with inventors and scientist in R&D departments and university labs, honing my ability to explain patentability requirements to inventors and provide scientific suggestions to enhance the patentability of their inventions. Accordingly, I have experience in providing guidance on invalidity, freedom to operate, and infringement analysis, enabling clients to navigate the marketplace while respecting the intellectual property rights of others. Through diligent patent landscape analysis, I also identify opportunities for new inventions and patentable ideas.
