When I began my career as an educator working with ADD students, I quickly realized that they thrived when I applied a hands-on, experiential learning methodology. The alternative methods I applied were so successful with these students that other teachers began reaching out to me for advice on how to approach them, and that's when I discovered my talent and passion for student-centered classroom teaching and academic program development. Once I saw the inspiring results of student-focused teaching, there was no going back. From the beginning of my career, I've been driven to create new ways to engage with learners as individuals. Every student I teach and every faculty member I guide also enriches me and makes me a smarter, more compassionate educator. My colleagues know me as an innovative thought leader with a single-minded focus on student and faculty success. My ability to create and lead an effective school culture and provide administrative academic leadership inspires trust and supports significant growth in admissions and student retention. I work hard to empower students with a lifelong dedication to learning, and I set an example of this dedication by constantly developing and refining curricula and strategic administrative plans that guide students toward the bright future that they all deserve. I'm ready to tackle new challenges in education and administrative leadership. Specialties: Academic Program Development ★ Curricular Standards Alignment ★ Student Retention, Recruitment, & Advocacy ★ Administrative Academic Leadership ★ Classroom Teaching ★ Faculty Hiring & Management ★ School Representation ★ Creating & Leading School Culture ★ Teacher & Student Performance Evaluation
