My career has been a combination of leadership, entrepreneurship, and process improvement. I served as a two-time Combat Senior Corpsman in the Navy serving with Marines in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Restore Hope. This foundation gave me a strong passion for management that makes a difference in the lives of individuals from all walks of life. I built on this becoming a successful business leader on an international scale. My greatest contributions outside of the military were in nearly 20 years of diverse leadership roles from District Executive to CEO with the Boy Scouts of America. I am proud of the contributions that have helped positively influence the many people I have engaged with in my military and private sector career, and I look forward to continued opportunities to do this.
