Handling complete Hiring process, conducting preliminary interviews & Co-ordinate interview with technical Panel.Responsible for Salary Fitment, Offer Negotiations, Reference Check & Releasing Offers, Completing joining formalities, updating and managing employees Data.Chalk out & conduct induction program in coordination with the Department heads.Making new employee aware of the company’s rules and regulations, and his/her KRA’s.Involved in Manpower Planning & successful driven Employee referral schemes.Handling complete payroll, maintaining attendance and leave recordsUpdating Monthly ReportsSubmitting & Compiling all Monthly & annual returns, handling the audits.Performance Analysis & Evaluation, in coordination with respective Heads.Identifying Training needs, Preparation and updating training plan, Training Budget & Organizing Training ProgramsUpdating on status i.e. Increments, Rewards, Promotions, extension or terminationHandling Employee Engagement and welfare activities, organizing events, festive celebrations etc.Maintaining internal Communication, and ensuring the transparency.Escalations & Grievance, handling along with keeping track of Employees issuesEmployee Separation, conducting Exit Interview & Full & Final Settlement
