- Management of all ICT related activities in ITM’s companies (several legal entities, 1000+ employees) in Serbia and abroad.- Leadership of the team of up to 10 members (developers, system engineers) – 15+ locations, 40+ servers, 300+ clients.- Recruitment, supervision and mentoring team members, definition of personal goals, performance evaluation, training coordination, motivation.- Definition of IT service strategy, demand and service portfolio management, acting in alignment with corporate objectives.- Design of IT services, capacity, information security and service level management, organization of service desk. - Ensuring high availability and business continuity of mission-critical systems.- Financial ICT management, budgeting, coordination of procurements and SLAs.- IT project management – definition of budget, time frame, scope and quality, change and risk management.- Implementation and integration of external IT solutions - WMS, TMS/Routing, GPS tracking, DMS, HR, retail, printing, collaboration, EDI and GS1 standards, virtualization and data centre consolidation, private cloud services.- Creating and leading software development teams according to the best practices of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).- Continuous design, development and delivery of in-house software products (permanent improvement of functionalities, performances and security).- Identifying client ideas and needs, analysing business processes and suggesting improvements, defining and prioritizing requirements, planning and allocating resources, design (architecture, databases, interfaces), development, implementation, reviewing of software solutions.

- Complete design, development and implementation of a multi-user business information system (itmBS) for managing and reporting of trading, logistic and accounting activities in the company (200+ users).- Design and implementation of a mobile sales solution (itmSFS).- System and database administration, advanced performance tuning, backup and recovery, development of data replication system.- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of incidents within the system, writing emergency corrections, providing technical support to users.

- Implementation of a query evaluation subsystem and an index database management subsystem for a document retrieval system.
