Cooperation with foreign railways in the area of operational planning of transportation of goods and management of wagons. Responsibility for the optimal use of freight cars, minimizing expenses and maximizing transport revenue. Daily monitoring and analysis fo the performance of the timetable of freight trains. Organization and develop a plan to dispatch international freight trains, also trains from Serbia for international, and track their movements. I was the Main Manager for company US Steel Serbia, which included taking care of the complete and timely transport raw materials and shipment of finished products for the USSS company. I continued with the activities of the team leader in charge of cooperation with the Serbian Electric Power Industry.
