• In charge for maintaining and upgrading complex electrical and control system that consists of multiple PLC's in meltshop and auxilary plants (RO, ASP, WTP)• Upgrades of crane automation and SCADA system• Supervising and inspecting the installation, modification, testing and operation of new or upgraded control systems and equipment by subcontractors• Planning preventive maintenance activities for electrical systems and equipment• Member of team developing new in-house system for twin-billets (converting BB5 mould into two billets)• Developing new software in-house for twin billets system and successful implementation of the same• Implementing new system (IBA), for fast PLC data acquisition to make troubleshooting faster and easier. Reducing downtime.

Worldwide

• Establish communication with multiple PLC's (Ethernet or Profibus) • PLC software design and fine tuning• PLC hardware design and modifying• HMI modifying and designing • MCC, design and modifying on site• Instrumentation in industry setting and calibration• Electrical drawings reading and As-Built design• Profibus, Ethernet and P&ID diagrams reading and As-Built design• Experience with conducting FAT, and performance tests with clients
