With my 25 years of experience in parametric modeling and 14+ years as BIM Manager/Specialist/Modeler, I am building Architectural, Structural and MEP 3D models. I enjoy keeping up to date with new technologies and I’m excited about incorporating them in daily processes.I pride myself with extreme attention to detail that is applied to each and every model object, regardless of the size of the project. There are multiple uses for the models, which include (but are not limited to):• Developing 3D models• Assist our clients to identify potential issues prior to construction (clash detections)• Serve as estimating tool• Calculate precise excavation• Link 3D models to construction schedule (4D time scheduling)• Visualize and select different materials (exterior and interior)• Preparing models for Facility Management (FM)As a part of my wide scope of services, I transfer 3D models to the 2D drawings in order for the client to be able to use them at the construction site.My individualized approach allows me to work on various projects regardless of the size or the nature of the project.I am a self-starter and team player.
