As a Data Analyst I was responsible for a wide range of market analysis activities which was supporting the company's betting strategies. Day-to-day activities included analyzing trends and acting in timely manner by predicting outcomes and developing new betting products and services. My primary duties included evaluating and interpreting market data, researching competitors and analyzing business information to develop, evaluate and manage betting opportunities.

During my period as a manager of an on-site betting shop i was accountable for planning, organizing and directing the operations of a betting shop. Day-to-day activities included managing and supervising staff, overseeing customer services, developing betting opportunities and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance.

Ensured financial success of the Casino/Bet Shop/Slot Machine Club by overseeing betting products and services, managing customer relations and sales strategies to assure high levels of customer satisfaction. Meeting sales growth year-to-year by successfully training, motivating and mentoring staff and implementing strategies that were according to betting trends.

Worked as a currency exchange officer who was analyzing and providing daily quotes for foreign exchange currency pairs. During my stay at that position I have obtained a license by Narodna Banka (National Bank of Serbia) and AML/CTF licence.
