Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a small testing team within a project, ensuring efficient test planning, execution, and documentation from manual and automation testing perspectives.- Support and guide the release process of software updates.- Develop and maintain comprehensive and well-structured manual test cases using Jira, ensuring adherence to software requirements and industry standards.- Analyze and report defects in Jira, using strong problem-solving skills to isolate and reproduce issues and retesting them.- Conduct API testing using Postman, validating the behavior of software systems with HTTP requests and responses, and testing RESTful web services.- Perform BE testing on SQL Databases.- Monitor and analyze application logs in Kibana, investigating potential issues and providing feedback to the development team.Additional work accomplished:- Developed Proof of Concept (POC) test scripts using UiPath to automate testing of applications based on excel and terminal.
