- Process management: Managing all processes related to the real-time operation of the transmission system and part of the distribution system in the Republic of Serbia:- Controlling and monitoring the transmission power grid (400, 220, and 110 kV power lines and stations). - Monitoring and coordinate operation of Regional Control Centers in the Republic of Serbia responsible for 110 kV transmission system.- Power flow and N-1 analyses.- Managing remedial action.- Adjustment and creation of grid models used for network analyses. - Contingencies evaluation.- Supervising and approving the schedule of the maintenance program of the different elements of the power system according to the security policy of the transmission system.- Operational coordination with other TSOs in the synchronous area (region of continental Europe).- Managing all processes related to the Intraday electricity market.- System balancing.- AGC Performance Monitor.- Activation of tertiary and secondary regulation energy based on system needs. - Activation of emergency energy in coordination with other TSOs. - Monitoring system load forecasting.Crisis management:- Constant monitoring of the power system state and deciding on the additional activities of National Control Centre or Regional Control Centers in pre-disturbance or post-disturbance states.- Responsible for initiating activation of crisis management procedures.Membership in Professional Associations: 2016 - 2023: Active member of Core Team EAS “ENTSO –E wide Awareness System” (ENTSO-E).
